UNIQ was born in 2014 to meet rising demand from customers for premium properties in Barcelona. By concentrating on quality, customer service, and contributing to the places where we operate, we have grown sustainably as a company. Today, we have more than XX specialists covering the entire real-estate cycle in prime urban locations across Spain.

WHAT do we do?
We design, develop and promote residential properties as well as hospitality and senior living assets. The diverse skill set of our team allows us to handle all aspects of real estate in-house, ensuring we’re involved with every detail. Our goal is to always leave a positive legacy of excellence for our customers and for the communities and locations where we work.
WHERE do we do it?
We focus our operations in the key markets of Barcelona and Madrid, where we have established offices. Although these markets are currently our primary focus, we are receptive to exploring new opportunities for expansion in other prominent urban centers and select coastal regions.

What are our Values?
Marc
Cabarrocas
Expert in Asset Management and Development in Real Estate assets in Spain, with a background in land zoning and planning. He holds a degree in Business Administration, a Executive MBA from IESE and has managed companies in the IT and real estate sectors. Marc also led the Land and Development department at Aguirre Newman in Barcelona. In 2004, Marc co-founded Urban Input, alongside Howard Pierce and Rafael López-Palacios.
Rafael
López-Palacios
Experienced in real estate asset management, leasing, valuations, investment and sales across Spain. He began his career at Grupo Santander and then led Aguirre Newman’s Barcelona office. Rafael holds a degree in Business Science, a master’s in construction and real estate management, and a Executive MBA from IESE. In 2004, Rafael co-founded Urban Input, alongside Marc Cabarrocas and Howard Pierce.
Howard
Pierce
Involved in the real estate sector since 1993, first in London and since 1998 in Spain, with background in valuations, letting, investment and more recently development and asset management. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from Reading University, has served on RICS European boards, and has been training in regenerative practice in the past few years.
Mario
Chisholm
Investor in Urban Input since 2014, with experience at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Och-Ziff, and Benson Elliot. Since 2005 Mario has invested over €3bn in real estate transactions across Europe. He holds an MSc in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Manchester, speaks five languages, and sits on multiple boards, including listed companies such as Tander Inversiones SOCIMI and in the past NYSE-listed Northstar Realty Europe. Recognizing our reliability and capability, Mario decided to invest in Urban Input in 2014, joining the team to help turn the company into a leading Spanish asset manager.
