ARCHITECT
Josep Pujol i Brull
Casa Condeminas is located in Barcelona, on 11 Passeig de Colom, overlooking the sea and very close to the Ramblas and the Gothic quarter.
This art-nouveau building was designed by architect Josep Pujol i Brull at the beginning of the 20th century, over a preexisting construction which had been projected in 1860 by Felip Ubach. In its interior stand out the decorative elements proper of art nouveau, like the wrought irons, the carved woodwork, the hydraulic floors, and the stained-glass windows.
The thorough renovation has been done with the utmost attention and care towards all the original elements. 20 apartments, ranging between 90 and 215 sqm will be put to market, all of them fully adapted to the needs of their users, with building elements of the highest quality.
Our projects enhance modern city living with functional, flexible spaces, while respecting the environment and contributing positively to the local community.
Location
Between the sea and the city
Sea and city. History and art. Casa Condeminas is unique, due to its location right in front of the harbour of Barcelona, a central hub in the city. Also, because of its history, closely related to the sea and commercial life of Barcelona, and the refinement of its modernist decorations. From the iconic mount Montjuïc to the Barceloneta district, passing through Moll de la Fusta or the marina, the views from Casa Condeminas’ balconies are unbeatable vantage points in the city. What’s more, from the communal terrace, you can enjoy a 360º view of Barcelona.
Located in the heart of the city in Passeig de Colom, Casa Condeminas is just a few metres from the Basílica de la Mercè, the patron saint of Barcelona, and very close to Las Ramblas and its rich social and cultural life. Las Ramblas houses the famous Gran Teatre del Liceu, a world-class opera house. The nearby seaside Barceloneta district with its beautiful sandy beaches is just a few minutes away on foot, and there is also the trendy, bustling neighbourhood of the Born, where you can find the gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar. Its exclusive location is completed by its proximity to Parc de la Ciutadella, one of the lungs of the city, and the Gothic Quarter.
