In Barcelona, on Mallorca street 234, very close to the stately Rambla de Catalunya, we find this architectural landmark built at the beginning of the 20th century and in the typical style of the city’s Eixample district.

Of this large house, with a façade of more than 38 meters, the heritage elements (façades, interior patios and lobby) that give it its personality are maintained.
